This project involved the delivery of a functional and modern commercial facility for Wolseley Canada, designed to support both customer-facing operations and internal workflows. The space was developed to balance durability, efficiency, and a clean professional aesthetic, aligned with Wolseley’s national brand standards.
Overtone Construction served as General Contractor and Site Supervisor, overseeing all phases of the project from demolition through final completion. Close coordination with consultants, trades, and suppliers ensured smooth execution within an active operational environment, with a strong focus on schedule control, safety, and quality assurance.
The completed facility provides a practical, high-performance commercial space tailored to Wolseley’s operational needs, delivering long-term functionality while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
